The City of Tuscola has been a client of the Stone River Group for several years, and we have benefited greatly from the relationship by way of excellent electricity rates for our municipal purchases. During that time, I have worked directly with Mr. Don Frontone, and I writing to offer my strongest recommendation in his support.

Don Frontone has manage our bid solicitation and supplier selection for the electric supply for our public buildings, parks, streetlights, wastewater plants and all other municipal uses. His insight into the electric supply markets have resulted in tremendous savings for the City of Tuscola, and he has timed our bid process to achieve the best possible outcome. We have elected to continue our relationship with him at the end of each contract term, and I expect that to continue beyond the term of our current contract.

Don has also been extremely helpful to us beyond the scope of our contract. Recently, the City of Tuscola was considering bids for the municipal electric aggregation program for our residents. Even though Don was not the broker and had no financial interest in the outcome, he gladly offered his insights and assistance when I had questions and concerns about the bidding environment and markets. His willingness to help, candor, and selflessness were instrumental in a positive outcome for the residents of Tuscola.
